Shipping policies
At INTO, our goal is to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. We ship worldwide and offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. Every order is processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination and shipping method. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving the item. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the error was ours.
Shipping & Returns
We ship worldwide! Please send your order to info(at)into-into.de if your country is not listed in our shop system – we will respond promptly. Please contact us if you require express delivery or a tracking number.

Shipping costs within Germany €1.80 (incl. VAT)
Shipping costs within Europe €3.30 (incl. VAT)

Delivery times
Items ordered through our shop that we have in stock are usually shipped within 1-3 business days after receipt of payment.
transport
The transport time is usually 1-2 days in Germany and Austria for orders shipped via DHL.
Delivery times to other European countries are usually 3-5 working days.
